Vertical AI LLC (“Vertical AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website and provides marketing services to small businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you fill out the contact form or email us, we collect your name, email, business name, and any message you send. When you become a client, we additionally collect billing details processed through our payment provider.
Information collected automatically. Like most sites, our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard server logs including IP address, browser type, and pages viewed. We use this for security and basic traffic analytics.
2. How We Use Information
- To respond to your inquiry and follow up about our services.
- To deliver, maintain, and improve services you’ve hired us for.
- To process payments and send invoices.
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and spam (including rate limits on our forms).
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising on other sites.
3. Service Providers
We share limited information with vendors who help us run the business: Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email), and Stripe (payments). Each operates under its own privacy commitments and only receives the information needed to do its job.
4. Cookies & Tracking
This site does not set advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Essential cookies may be used by our hosting provider for security and load balancing.
5. Data Retention
Contact-form submissions are retained as long as needed to respond and maintain a client relationship. Client records are kept for the duration of our engagement and as required by tax and accounting law (typically up to seven years).
6. Your Rights
You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email kyle.mccabe@verticalaillc.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.
7. Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
